The Zeiss-Planetaruim in Schwaz serves not only entertainment but also a cultural and educational institution, which has for each profession- and age-level its special charms. With the help of precision optical devices, Videodevices, projectors, soundsystems and effect-projectors in a Planetaruim the "starry sky" is artificially generated. Planet movements and histories of the stars are in the fully air-conditioned domed hall presented and explained.

The Planetarium Schwaz offers even more entertainment with different shows such as "Space Adventure" or "The origin of life", but also for the little ones is something like "The Little moonbear" or "holiday under the stars." The first time in Europe is also the show "Black Holes", where visitors are involved, by froming the show with a remote control.
