Olympic region Seefeld - Mecca of cross-country skiing

As early as 1964 and 1976 Seefeld hosted the Nordic competitions for the Olympic Winter Games. Later in 1985 the Nordic Ski World Championships and 1999 the cross-country Skiing World Cup took place in Seefeld. So you can really say that you're running on tracks on which the stars were fighting for hundredths of a second!

The Olympic region lures with 266km cross-country skiing trails in various steps of difficulty for the total winter fun. It's not only the Tyrolean hospitality why a regular guest are the national teams, but also because the offer is constantly improved.
