How do I check in and out?

We’ll be there to welcome you, following which we’ll complete the registration together and give you the keys to your apartment. Together with you we’ll arrange a time that suits you for making the payment and checking out of the apartment.

Important: Please give us your ETA shortly before you arrive as well as a mobile number where we can reach you.

Transfers

On request, we are happy to organise transfers from and to the airport or the train station. Simply give us our flight or rail travel information and we’ll take care of the rest.

Is smoking permitted in the apartments?

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.
Guests may smoke on the terraces or balconies and ashtrays are available. Out of consideration for other guests, we kindly request that you do not throw cigarette butts away over the balcony or terrace.

What does the final cleaning of the apartments included?

During the final cleaning of the apartment, all the rooms are cleaned, including the kitchen, bathroom and terrace. On your arrival, should anything appear unclean or should you be unhappy with anything, please let us know immediately so that we can rectify the situation.

Who should I contact during my stay in case of questions or emergencies?

Many questions are answered in our digital guest folder, the code for which will be given to you on your arrival. Alternatively, you can contact us by calling 0043 5212 4441. We are more than happy to offer help and advice and, of course, are available in the case of an emergency.

Is car parking available at the apartment building?

Free parking is available in our underground car park.

Do the apartments have internet access?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all our apartments. You will receive a code on your arrival that offers internet access for several devices throughout the duration of your stay.

Where can I find everyday essentials (bakery, supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars etc.)?

Numerous shops are located just a few steps away from our apartments and Seefeld’s pedestrian area offers a wide choice of shops, restaurants, bars, cafés etc.

Where can I store my skis?

A ski storage room and ski boot dryer are located in the basement of the apartment building.

Where is the next ski bus stop and where can I rent skiing equipment?

Both the ski bus stop and a ski rental outlet with top-of-the-range equipment are located just a few steps away.

Where can I purchase a ski pass?

Ski passes can be purchased either directly at the bottom station of the ski lift or from the local ski schools.

Are dogs permitted in the apartments?

Providing that your dog does not disturb other holiday guests and that he/she is house trained, your four-legged friend is welcome to stay in the apartment. Please let us know when you make the reservation.

Cleaning of the apartment:

We can arrange for your apartment to be cleaned on a daily basis if desired, or otherwise as required. For organisational reasons, we kindly request that you tell a member of reception staff one to two days in advance should you wish your apartment to be cleaned. Please note that supplementary charges apply.

Washing machine and tumble dryer:

A laundry is available for guests’ use.
Located in the basement of the apartment building, it includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Insert 8 Euros (in coins) for one wash cycle and for the use of the dryer.

Are DVD players or Blue Ray players available?

Yes, they are. Please let us know when you reserve, so we can ensure one is available in your apartment on arrival.

What equipment/facilities are available in the kitchen?

Dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (electric filter coffee maker) and/or a Tassimo coffee machine on request, ceramic induction hob, microwave with an oven function and, in all the large apartments, side-by-side refrigerator with a spacious freezer, iced water and ice cube dispenser.

What can I assuredly leave at home?

    • Our luxury apartments are equipped with everything you need for your holiday. The kitchens are fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, cleaning products and dish towels.
    • Apartments include full sets of towels (hand towels and bath towels), bathrobes, hairdryers, soap and shampoo.
    • Our high-quality box-spring beds are ready and made up for you with finest damask bed linen. Should you require special bed linen for allergy sufferers, please let us know before you arrive.
    • Please let us know the exact number of guests staying in the apartment before your arrival to ensure that there are enough towels etc. for everyone.
    • For organisational reasons, it is also important to tell us at the time of making the reservation if you require a cot and/or a high chair. 

    What happens if I have to cancel?

    Up to 3 months prior to the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract may be unilaterally cancelled by either contracting party without payment of any cancellation charge.

    • Cancellation between 1 and 3 months before the date of arrival: 40% of the full amount
    • Cancellation between 1 week and 1 month before the date of arrival: 70% of the full amount
    • Cancellation during the last week before the date of arrival: 90% of the full amount

    In the case of late arrivals, earlier-than-planned departures or no-shows we are obliged to invoice the full amount for the entire period of time booked.
    Changes and cancellations are only valid when made in writing.


    Owing to the general terms and conditions that apply in Austria, we always recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance (for prices see the link on your reservation confirmation) to save you undue worries and unnecessary costs. 

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Eurocard/MasterCard, Maestro Card, Visa, Amex and Bitcoins.
