Data privacy statement

OBLIGATION TO INFORM

The protection of your personal data is of utmost importance to us. We, therefore, process your data solely in accordance with legal regulations (Austrian General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) 2003). The following data protection information serves to inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Contact with us

If you contact us by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case any follow-up questions should arise. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Data storage

Please note that for the purpose of contract processing, we store the following data:
Name and address, email address and telephone number.

In the case of maintenance business, we store, in addition to the above-mentioned data, the services subscribed, the term of contract and payment information.

The data provided by you is required for contractual fulfilment and/or for the implementation of pre-contractual and contractual measures. With the exception of the transmission of your data to our tax accountant for the purpose of fulfilling our tax obligations, data will not be transmitted to third parties.
In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory tax retention period (7 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions as set forth in Art. 6 (1) a (consent) and/or b (required for contract fulfilment) of the Austrian General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).

SSL/TLS encryption

In order to provide maximum protection for your data we, as website operator, use SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise such encrypted connections by the prefix https:// in your browser bar. Unencrypted connections can be recognised by the prefix https:// . Safe connections can also be identified by a closed green padlock symbol in front of the internet address (URL).
Through our use of SSL/TLS encryption, none of the data that you submit to this website – in the form of enquires, for example, or through logging in – can be read by third parties.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files stored on your terminal device using the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies for the purpose of making the services offered by us more user friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit.
If you do not want this, you can adjust your bowser settings to notify you when cookies are installed and to request your agreement to the installation of cookies on a case-by-case basis. Deactivating cookies can result in restricted functionality of our website.

Access data

The website operator or page provider collects data about accesses to the site and saves them as ‘server log files’. The following data is logged in this way:

  • Website visited
  • Date and time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source/reference from which you accessed the page
  • Browser used
  • Operating system used
  • IP address used

The data collected is used solely for statistical evaluations and to improve the website. However, the website operator reserves the right to subsequently check the server log files if there are any clear indications of illegal use.

Google Analytics

This website uses the ‘Google Analytics’ service, which is provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) for website usage analysis. The service uses ‘cookies’ text files which are stored on your terminal device. The information collected by the cookies is, as a rule, sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

IP anonymisation is used on this website. Within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area users’ IP addresses are truncated. This truncation eliminates the personal reference to your IP address. As part of the contract data agreement concluded between the website operators and Google Inc., Google uses the information collected to evaluate website use and website activity and to provide services related to Internet use.

You have the option of preventing the storage of cookies on your device by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. If your browser does not allow cookies there is no guarantee that you will be able to access all functions of this website without restrictions.

Furthermore, you can use a browser plug-in to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to Google Inc. and used by Google Inc.
The following link leads you to the corresponding plug-in: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

Alternatively, you can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about you on this website by clicking on this link.

In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
