Guests may smoke on the terraces or balconies and ashtrays are available. Out of consideration for other guests, we kindly request that you do not throw cigarette butts away over the balcony or terrace.

Where can I purchase a ski pass?Ski passes can be purchased either directly at the bottom station of the ski lift or from the local ski schools.
Are dogs permitted in the apartments?
?Yes they are permitted, if you do not disturb the vacation peace of other guests and is housebroken, you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend. Please be sure to register when making your reservation. For possible damages you have to pay yourself. Dogs are allowed in all apartments except Top 7.

Cleaning of the apartment
Cleaning of the apartmentCleaning daily or as needed is possible. For oraganizational reasons we ask you to please notify the reception one or two days in advance and is extra to pay. If the apartment is very dirty, there is an extra charge.
For damages the tenant is responsible and must pay for it.
Washing machine / dryer:
Washing machine / dryer:We are happy to put our guest laundry at your disposal.
It is located in the basement.
There you will find a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Deposit: Euro 8,– (in Euro coins) for one washing cycle and for the use of the dryer.
How are the kitchens equipped?
The kitchens are equipped:Dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine.
Upon request, we will be happy to provide filter coffee maker or Tassimo capsule machine, please make a note of this when booking. Microwave oven on reservation.
What can I assuredly leave at home?
What can I assuredly leave at home?Our luxury apartments are equipped with everything you need for your holiday. The kitchens are fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, cleaning products and dish towels.
Apartments include full sets of towels (hand towels and bath towels), bathrobes, hairdryers, soap and shampoo.
Our high-quality box-spring beds are ready and made up for you with finest damask bed linen. Should you require special bed linen for allergy sufferers, please let us know before you arrive.
Please let us know the exact number of guests staying in the apartment before your arrival to ensure that there are enough towels etc. for everyone.
For organisational reasons, it is also important to tell us at the time of making the reservation if you require a cot and/or a high chair.
What happens if I have to cancel?
What happens if I have to cancel?Up to 3 months prior to the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract may be unilaterally cancelled by either contracting party without payment of any cancellation charge.
Cancellation from 3 to 1 months before the date of arrival: 40% of the full amount
Cancellation from 1 month to 1 week before the date of arrival: 70% of the full amount
Cancellation during the last week before the date of arrival: 90% of the full amount
In the case of late arrivals, earlier-than-planned departures or no-shows we are obliged to invoice the full amount for the entire period of time booked.
Changes and cancellations are only valid when made in writing.
Owing to the general terms and conditions that apply in Austria, we always recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance (for prices see the link on your reservation confirmation) to save you undue worries and unnecessary costs.
