Prices listed are per night and apartment for basic occupancy excl. final cleaning and visitor's tax. (Prices are subject to change. Due to the economic situation and unforeseeable inflation or currency reform, prices are subject to change).

- extra persons: € 40,- per night/ per person
- dog: € 20,- / night
- crib: € 15,- / night
- Visitor's tax: € 3,50 per person/night (from 15 years)
Hotel service (final cleaning not included)
Category I & II: € 40,- pro Tag
Category III & IV: € 60,- pro Tag
Category V: € 80,- pro Tag
The hotel service includes daily linen change and cleaning, and bed linen change 1x per week.
For a better coordination we ask you to book all additional services (cribs, additional beds…) in advance!
Final cleaning
Category I & II: € 75.- (one-time)
Category III: € 95.- (one-time)
Category IV: € 95.- (one-time)
Category V: € 125.- (one-time)
(not applicable for hotel service)
Cancellation conditions
In case of early departure or late arrival, the full room rate will be charged. Changes & cancellations are accepted only in written form. Cancellation fees according to Austrian hotel regulations!
- up to 3 months before arrival no cancellation fees
- from 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40%
- from 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%
- in the last week before arrival 90%
