Our listed prices on the price list are guideline prices. They may vary depending on the season, length of stay, and availability, and can move up or down accordingly.
(Due to the current economic situation and the unpredictability of inflation or possible currency reform, price adjustments are reserved.)

- extra persons: € 40,- per night/ per person
- dog: € 25,- / night
- crib: € 15,- / night
- Visitor's tax: The from TVB validated Tax
Hotel service (final cleaning not included)
Category I & II: € 40,- pro Tag
Category III & IV: € 60,- pro Tag
Category V: € 80,- pro Tag
The hotel service includes daily linen change and cleaning, and bed linen change 1x per week.
For a better coordination we ask you to book all additional services (cribs, additional beds…) in advance!
Final cleaning
Category I & II: € 85.- (one-time)
Category III: € 110.- (one-time)
Category IV: € 110.- (one-time)
Category V: € 150.- (one-time)
(not applicable for hotel service)
Cancellation conditions
In case of early departure or late arrival, the full room rate will be charged. Changes & cancellations are accepted only in written form. Cancellation fees according to Austrian hotel regulations!
- up to 3 months before arrival no cancellation fees
- from 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40%
- from 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%
- in the last week before arrival 90%
