The Olympiaregion Seefeld is situated on a high plateau open to the south at 1,200 meters above sea level.
Framed by the largest nature park in the Eastern Alps, the Karwendel Nature Park, the Wildmoos Landscape Protection Area, the mighty Wetterstein Mountains and the Hohe Munde. The traditional Olympiaregion Seefeld includes a total of 5 villages: Mösern-Buchen, Scharnitz, Reith, Leutasch, Seefeld and offers a spacious excursion area with a variety of tours for an impressive hike in the untouched nature.
As a member of the sophisticated association “Best of the Alps”, the Olympiaregion Seefeld stands for excellent infrastructure, lifestyle, an international clientele and upscale gastronomy. For more than 20 years now, the tradition-rich region, along with the other 11 selected areas of the 5 Alpine countries, has been considered an ambassador of the Alpine region.
